Dream builds deserve process, not luck — the Sudelfeld is four consultations, one mechanic, and a machine that arrives already knowing your saddle height.
Every complete bike is built by one mechanic, start to finish: bearings greased and preloaded by hand, gears indexed under load, tubeless seated and tested, torque values marked with witness paint. The build sheet is signed, archived and shipped with the bike — accountability in writing.

- Size-specific layup — a 52 and a 58 get different engineering, not just different tubes

Wash with bike-specific soap, never a pressure washer at bearings; dry the chain and re-lube. Tubeless sealant refreshes every 3–4 months. Book workshop time through your concierge — priority slots belong to owners for life.

Can I test ride first?
Sizing sessions with test machines run in Prague year-round; for remote clients we offer a 30-day exchange on standard builds — ridden, but loved.
How does the bike arrive?
98% assembled in a bespoke box: fit bars, thread pedals, ten minutes with the included torque tool. White-glove handover delivery is available in most EU regions.
