Refund policy
Returns and Refunds
Your right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from a contract concluded online within 14 days without giving any reason (Section 1829 of the Czech Civil Code). The period runs from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take delivery of the goods. Where an order is delivered in several parts, the period runs from delivery of the last part.
How to withdraw
Inform us by a clear statement before the deadline expires — an email is sufficient. Send it to [email protected] or to Martin Patrick Bennett, Křižíkova 185/35, 186 00 Praha 8, Czech Republic. To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your notice of withdrawal before the 14-day period ends. You do not need our prior approval, and we do not inspect the goods before accepting a withdrawal.
Returning the goods
Send the goods back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of notifying us. You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Where possible please use the original packaging — this is a request to prevent transport damage, not a condition of your right of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item is defective or was sent in error — in that case we cover the return and arrange collection. For bicycles and large items (framesets, wheelsets, complete bikes) contact us first and we will agree the most economical method with you before you arrange transport. Bikes must be returned in the original bike box or equivalent protective packaging.
Refunds
We reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We use the same means of payment you used, at no extra charge. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier.
Model withdrawal form
Use of this form is optional — any clear statement of withdrawal is sufficient.

Faulty goods
Statutory rights from defective performance apply. If a defect appears within 24 months of receipt you may claim repair, replacement, a reasonable discount or, in the cases provided by law, withdrawal from the contract (Sections 2165 et seq. of the Czech Civil Code). Write to [email protected] describing the defect; we handle claims within the statutory period of 30 days.
Bicycles and safety-critical parts
Please keep the original bike box until you are sure you are keeping the bike. A frame, fork, handlebar, stem or wheel that has been crashed or shows damage must be withdrawn from use — if you return such an item, tell us: we will not resell it.
Out-of-court dispute resolution
If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, www.coi.cz), the competent body for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes.
