Care & Battery
Charge indoors at moderate temperature, store at 40–70% for breaks longer than a fortnight, and update firmware when the app suggests it. Motors and batteries are serviced exclusively by certified workshops — yours is mapped at purchase, and our concierge handles bookings.

Yes — by certified workshops including our own. Firmware updates arrive over the air; mechanical service follows the same intervals as the bicycle.
What is the real range?
The figures in the table are measured on real mixed rides at mid assistance, not laboratory drums; your concierge can model your routes on request.
